Briefing

1 Phase 1 · Briefing

Gather project goals, audience, and constraints collaboratively — everything in view before you get started.

The Briefing is your shared preparation pad. It comes prefilled from the org template with sections (for example call for proposals, goal, audience, time & duration, fixed times, constraints, methods, notes) and is a real-time editor — several people can write at the same time.

  1. Open the “Briefing” tab.
  2. Write into the sections (placeholder “Write here…”). Changes are shared live — so you can work on it together even from different locations.
  3. The results can later be carried straight over into the workshop schedule.

Framework times (for example lunch) are carried over into the session plan later as fixed blocks.

  1. In the “Fixed times” section, add a framework time: a label (for example “Lunch”), a time, a duration (minutes), and a category.
  2. Use the day checkboxes to choose which days it applies to. (On Fridays, lunch sometimes comes early 😉)
  3. Click “Add.” To remove it, click “Delete framework time.”
