My magic link didn't arrive — what should I do?

First, check your spam/promotions folder. Make sure the email address is correct, and request the link again if needed — older links expire for security reasons. If nothing arrives at all, it may be due to a strict mail filter at your organization.

Participants see nothing — just “Not live yet”

The participant page only shows content once you’ve clicked “Go live” in the “Live” tab. After that, participants just need to reload the page. Also make sure everyone is using the join link (not the presenter link).

Live translation failed.

This is usually a temporary issue with the translation service — just trigger it again. Remember: it’s a machine translation meant for general orientation, not for legally binding contexts. Only text on the slides is translated, not graphics or videos.

Do participants need an account?

No. Participants simply open the link or scan the QR code — with no login at all. They see the current slide and whatever you unlock for them.

Can I work solo, without a team?

Sure. Your projects belong to an organization, but you don’t have to invite anyone. Only when you want to collaborate do you invite people to the team — or to a single project. Learn more under Account & organization.
