Download the DPA

If you use flow present to process personal data, you generally need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR. You generate a DPA PDF personalized to your organization yourself and download it — for every plan, including the free one.

What you enter into the form is used solely in the PDF and not stored. No account entry and no server-side storage of this data is created (data minimization, Art. 5(1)(c) GDPR).

1. Open the DPA page — accessible via the footer, the billing area, or directly at registration.
2. Check the Organization / name of the controller field and the contact email — the email is prefilled from your account data and can be adjusted.
3. Optionally add the address (street, number, postal code, city, country) and Represented by (authorized representative).
4. Click Download as PDF.
5. The personalized Flow-Present-AVV.pdf is generated and downloaded in your browser.

Tip

Download the PDF, sign it, and file it with your contract documents. The provider (Mandria Labs GbR) is already entered in the agreement as the processor — you only need to fill in your side and countersign.

What’s in the DPA

The agreement (currently version 1, June 2026) contains everything Art. 28 GDPR requires: subject matter and purpose of the processing, data categories and the persons concerned (Annex 1), the technical and organizational measures (Annex 2), the list of sub-processors (Annex 3), rules on instructions, data breach notification, deletion/return, and audit rights.
