Your personal account

You sign in with your email (magic link, no password). Your account is your identity in flow present — it’s where your profile, your settings, and the projects you work on all live.

Organizations

Projects live inside an organization. When you create a project, you choose which organization it belongs to. The organization holds everything shared: brand design/CI, slide templates, block categories, session-plan roles, the team, and billing (the plan). That way, everyone works with the same look and the same templates.

Two ways to collaborate

1. Permanently, as part of an organization’s team. Under “Settings → Team,” you invite colleagues — by email (magic link) or via an “invite link” (valid for 14 days, reusable). Members can see the organization’s projects and work on them together. On the dashboard, you’ll recognize shared projects by the “Collaboration” badge.

2. For a single project only. If you just want someone along for one workshop — say, an external co-facilitator — use “Invite team” inside the project: invitees get access to only that project. You can add people from your organization or invite them by email.

Two meanings of “roles” — don’t mix them up

Access/permissions in an organization are governed by Owner, Admins, and Members (who may invite, archive, or delete). The app feature “Roles,” by contrast, refers to session-plan assignments such as facilitation or minutes for individual blocks — those are not access permissions.

Notes

“Only the organization’s owners can archive and delete.” Only “owners and admins” can invite people to the team. Project invitations are available starting with a paid plan.
