Account & organization

You sign in with your email (magic link, no password). Your account is your identity in flow present — it’s where your profile, your settings, and the projects you work on all live.

Projects live inside an organization. When you create a project, you choose which organization it belongs to. The organization holds everything shared: brand design/CI, slide templates, block categories, session-plan roles, the team, and billing (the plan). That way, everyone works with the same look and the same templates.

1. Permanently, as part of an organization’s team. Under “Settings → Team,” you invite colleagues — by email (magic link) or via an “invite link” (valid for 14 days, reusable). Members can see the organization’s projects and work on them together. On the dashboard, you’ll recognize shared projects by the “Collaboration” badge.

2. For a single project only. If you just want someone along for one workshop — say, an external co-facilitator — use “Invite team” inside the project: invitees get access to only that project. You can add people from your organization or invite them by email.
